About: 

Jessica Berman Hirigoyen is a dialect, voice, text, and acting coach. She has taught at UC Berkeley, American Conservatory Theatre (A.C.T.), and Academy of Art University. Recent dialect and vocal coaching credits include: Co-Head of Voice and Dialects: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child from 2019–2022 (The Curran Theatre, SF); Harry Clarke, School Girls; Or, The African Mean Girls Play, Becky Nurse of Salem, The Good Book, Paradise Square: A New Musical, Angels in America, What the Constitution Means to Me, and Monsoon Wedding (Berkeley Rep); An American in Paris (North American Tour); Escaped Alone, In Old Age, The Eva Trilogy, Sojourners, and runboyrun (Magic Theatre); As You Like It, Macbeth, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, The War of the Roses, and Fences (Cal Shakes); and The Who and the What, The Wickhams, Oslo, and Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley (Marin Theatre Company). In addition to her work in the theatre, Jessica is an Accent and Voice Specialist with Stand and Deliver Group. Privately, she works with clients on communication, presence, and presentation skills. She holds a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University, an M.A. from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, and an M.F.A. from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
