Mo Miner received her BS in Psychology at Western Illinois University (2000) and her MFA in Dance Performance at the University of Iowa (2005).  In the Bay Area she has performed with Fog Beast, Rogelio Lopez, Katie Faulkner’s little seismic dance company, Paufve Dance, Nina Haft & Company, Rebecca Chun, Jessica Damon, and Bandaloop.  Her work has been shown most recently with Mid To West Dance Collective, a group of dance artists who attended graduate school at University of Iowa and are now making and producing work in the Bay Area (www.midtowestdance.com).  Mo was an Assistant Professor of Dance at Illinois State University (2005-2007) and currently teaches classes at the University of San Francisco, UC Berkeley, and Shawl-Anderson Dance Center, where she also directs the Shawl-Anderson Youth Ensemble.
