Student Space Use

Individuals requesting space will be held accountable for any misconduct from their group and are responsible for knowing and following all Space Use Rules (pdf). Failure to abide by the rules and policies for space use will result in the loss of all space-use privileges for both the responsible party and the sponsoring organization for (at least) the remainder of the semester.

TDPS STUDENTS may RESERVE use of Zellerbach Rooms 7, 317, and 413 for TDPS class projects/rehearsal.

Please Note: Requests received fewer than 2 weekdays in advance will be denied and referred to casual use.

CASUAL SPACE USE in Zellerbach is available to TDPS STUDENTS for TDPS class projects/rehearsals.
Use is “as available” and may not be reserved in advance.
Request Casual Use at the Stage Door.
Students are required to show ID and sign in and out each time space is used.

UC STUDENT GROUPS may RESERVE use of Zellerbach Rooms 7, 317, and 413 for auditions and limited rehearsals. Groups must be registered and in good standing with Campus Life & Leadership.
A list of participants must be provided to the stage door prior to use.
