- 12:00 lunch time talk in BCNM Commons, 6:00pm film screening in Durham Studio Theater
The Department of Theater, Dance and Performance Studies presents Color/d, an experimental animated film by Los Angeles-based artist Paul Pescador. Slowing down time and blurring the lines between photograph and moving image, Color/d humorously stages the complexities of interpersonal relationships through the arrangement and re-arrangement of textiles, everyday found objects and colorful visuals. The evening screening of Color/d will be accompanied by a lunchtime artist talk at noon at BCNM Commons (340 Moffitit).
Co-sponsored by the Arts Research Center, the Department of Art Practice, the Graduate Film Working Group, the Townsend Working Group in Contemporary Art, and the Townsend Center for the Humanities.
